What is the Library card?

The Library Card is our rewards system, we want to officially check you in to our Book Club and thank you for your loyalty. Whilst helping you along your skincare journey, we want to give you something to look forward to, more skincare treats to help with the journey.

How do I Join?

Joining the Library Card could not be any easier, simply create an account with us and start collecting those points.

Do my points expire?

The good news is that your points do not expire! You can keep saving your points to claim bigger rewards.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Step 1: Log on into your account

Step 2: Then click on the “Get Library Card Points!” at the bottom left corner of your screen

Step 3: Click Redeem Points, then select the reward you would like to redeem. Once you click on the button, you will be given a unique code** to use at checkout on your order.

Please note, the Birthday reward expires in 30 days upon receipt, so please make sure to claim your Birthday reward as soon as possible.

**At checkout, only one discount code can be used to process your order. This unique code cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons/ discounts

What do you do with my data?
