The Diet My Freckles sheet mask essence is a power packed cocktail of ingredients suited to calm the skin and while protecting and restoring it from UV damage. Ingredients such as Green Tea Extract, Pulsatilla Koreana Extract and Usnea Barbata Extract to calm and reduce inflammation in the skin. Rosa Centifolia Flower Water is used to reduce redness, acne and clogged pores.

They focus on the use of natural and aromatherapy ingredients.  Every mask contains one bottle of ampoule, thats 27ml of essence-y goodness! All that excess can be applied to other parts of the body, such as the neck, elbows or soles of your feet, you name it. Their mask sheets are made of 100% cellulose cupra cotton, a biodegradable material that conforms to contours in the face while allowing ventilation and suitable for sensitive skin.

How to use

Step 1: After cleansing and applying toner, open sheet mask pouch, gently peeling off protective netting on both sides. 

Step 2: Place sheet mask evenly over the face, carefully around eyes and nose, and leave for 10-20 minutes. 

Librarian Tip 1: Squeeze out the extra essence in the pouch and pat all goodness over other areas of your body that may need hydrating. i.e. Your neck, soles of your feet.. you name it!

Librarian Tip 2: Good chance to tidy, read a quick chapter of the book you're currently reading or answer those emails you've been avoiding.

Step 3: After 10-20 minutes, remove mask and gently pat skin to promote absorption of the remaining essence into your skin. Then follow up with the rest of your routine.
