How to use
Soak the cotton pad and gently swipe across your face
Librarian Tip 1: For cleansing eye and lip makeup, place the cotton pad on the area for a few seconds to help dissolve the product before gently swiping away
Librarian Tip 2: Need a quick pick-me-up with a mask? Soak some cotton pads with your toner or watery-essence and then place them on your face for a few minutes.
